With more than 18 years in the medical field and over a decade dedicated to ABA, she’s seen it all: messy AR, credentialing headaches, payer denials, and every insurance curveball imaginable. What sets her apart is not just her ability to fix the problem, but to teach providers and teams how to stay ahead of it.

Her journey into ABA started when she joined a clinic specializing in autism services. There, she fell in love with the field, not just for the life-changing work providers do, but for the challenge of navigating the insurance system that stands behind it. While many shy away from the billing grind, Ashley thrives on it. Her reputation in the ABA community reflects that passion: she’s known as a trusted expert, a straight-shooter, and someone who gets things done.

Born and raised in Florida, Ashley still calls the Sunshine State home, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not in billing mode, you’ll likely find her at a cheer or dance competition cheering on her girls, traveling, gardening or spending time out on the boat.
