Billing Specialist​

We are searching for a dedicated, organized and amazing Medical Billing Specialist! Spectrum ABA Billing is a family-owned and operated small business. We currently have a great team of employees and are looking for more wonderful staff to add to our growing team. We primarily work with agencies within the autism community (ABA therapy) and serve clients all over the United States.

Our Billing Specialists will be working on one or multiple accounts, depending on the size of their patient loads. They will be responsible for handling the account as a whole, which includes, but is not limited to: claim submission, payment posting, AR follow up, and assisting with obtaining authorizations and eligibility checks. We currently work primarily in Kareo/Tebra and Central Reach. Experience with these systems is preferred, but not required.

However, at this time, we are currently looking for an experienced Central Reach biller to join our team.

​

An at home "office" set up is required, which includes at least one extra monitor, as this is a remote position. 

After 90 days, you may be eligible for a raise up to $1 per hour, based on your ninety-day performance.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
