Client insurance verification and eligibility checks
First of the year eligibility checks for all active clients.
Florida clients only: we complete Medicaid eligibility checks on the first working day of each month to ensure your clients are still active.
Ongoing administrative authorization support includes:
Monthly notifications of whose authorization is expiring soon, and which forms (if any) will need to be completed by the clinical team.
Submission and follow-up of authorization requests with insurance companies.
Our fees are based on a percentage of the amount collected.* We do not require any money upfront, and the agreement is on a month-to-month basis. We also offer reduced credentialing fees for our active billing clients. Contact us today for a personalized quote.
*Florida clients only: we charge a flat monthly rate, per client, for Florida Medicaid clients as required by AHCA to remain in compliance.
